The Young Lawyers’ Forum (YLF) of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Ilorin branch, Kwara State will on Thursday hold a one day seminar on the topic: “Veto Power: Separation of Powers in a Democratic Dispensation”
The seminar is scheduled to take place at Aliyu Salman hall, NBA House, High Court premises in Ilorin.
The key note speaker is the Chairman Continuing Legal Education of the Ilorin NBA, Prof. Abudlwahab Egbewole while Paul Usoro, SAN and Mazi Afam Osigwe will speak on the topic: ‘Veto Power and the Role of the Executive’.
Also, Chief Arthur Obi Okafor, SAN and Taiye Oniyide Esq will address the congregation on the topic: Veto Power and Role of the Judiciary while Prof. Ernest Ojukwu SAN and Ronke Adeyemi will both be speaking on ‘Veto Power and Separation of Power’.
The Chief host is Barr. Issa Manzuma, while the host is the YLF Chairman, Barr. Dauda Jimoh.
